1. Copy of identification card (front & back)

2. SSM business registration

3. Form B & tax payment slip (latest 1 year)

4. Copy of bank account statement (latest 6 months)

5. Copy of SAJ / TNB bill (latest 1 month)

6. Land Tax / Door Tax (if own property)

7. Pictures of Residences / Pictures of Shops (min. 3 pictures)
