UI Designer

Job Description

· Front end development such as Web development, UI/UX improvement

· Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design aligns with business and technical requirements.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

· Ensure that the design is consistent with our brand and design guidelines.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Job Requirements

· Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Advertising / Media or equivalent.

· Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and processes.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong portfolio of previous design work.

· Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

· (Optional) Knowledge of After Effect, WordPress, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Unity3D, 3Ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Inventor, Fusion, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer or any 3D software skills are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

· Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

· Develop and documents checklists as knowledge for stake holders reference.

· Recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention.

· Support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and Audio Video equipment.

· Ensure all the tickets are resolved and escalated based on the organization’s Service Level Agreement.

· Ensure that there is sufficient support to clients and provide friendly customer service to Tarmah group and subsidiaries.

· Ensure that the incident tickets are properly resolved with the root cause analysis and resolution(s).

· Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement:

· Possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.

· 3 years working experience in end user support environment would be an advantage.

· Able to provide Remote Desktop support and patch management.

· Experience in Operating systems (i.e. Windows), hardware and software configurations, Office365, desktop virtualization, remote desktop tools.

· Experience and knowledge in basic infrastructure would be an added advantage.

· Experience working with helpdesk ticketing system.

· Good knowledge in programming standards and software and database management, e.g. Web development tools and MS SQL database.
